 Definitions Buyer – is the individual or organisation who agrees to buy the goods from the seller. Seller – is The Zapper Company, Unit 6, Station Way, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS12 3HQ Goods – the articles that the buyer agrees to buy from the seller.
The Terms and Conditions do not affect the buyer or sellers statutory rights and shall apply to all contracts for the sale of goods by the seller to the buyer.
Acceptance of delivery of the goods will be deemed conclusive evidence of the buyers acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any variation shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the seller.
Ordering All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer from the buyer pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by the seller. The seller may choose not to accept an order for any reason. If the goods are not available from stock, the buyer will be given the option to wait until available or to receive a full refund.
Price and Payment The price of the goods shall be that stipulated on the seller`s website. The price of the product is stated and excludes delivery charges. The total price including delivery charges will be displayed prior to confirming the order. Payment must be made in full prior to despatch of the goods. The seller reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the website or to withdraw any goods at any time.
Warranty All goods supplied by the seller have a twelve month return warranty against manufacturing faults and defects if it is found to be defective due to misuse the warranty is null and void. If goods are damaged in transit it is the buyer`s responsibility to notify the carrier at point of signature and to notify the seller. any Zapper sent back to us with visible signs of damage will not be covered under warranty scheme.

Cancellation and returns If the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract, the seller will give a full refund within 7 days of delivery provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. The buyer has the right to cancel the contract and receive a refund by informing us in writing or by email within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Goods must then be returned at the buyers cost and a refund will be given within 30 days minus our postage and handling charge which is currently £10.50. Should the goods be found to be damaged due to the buyers fault, the buyer will be liable for this cost.
Liability Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the seller for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the seller under this contract shall prejudice its rights to do so in the future. The seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances beyond its control: acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of machinery, shortage or unavailability of materials.
